On Friday April 21st, leadership hosted a hot ones contest for teachers at school. In this version, teachers will be asked questions by leadership students while eating chicken wings. Plot twist: the wings will be dipped in three different sauces ranking from mild to super hot. The winners are the teachers who finish the questions and all the hot wings without drinking milk or the spice stopper of their choice. This event will be filmed and shown during gator time. The week of April 24th-28th is a spirit week. On Monday, wear your PJs! On Tuesday, college pride is all day! Wednesday is country vs country club, so show your choice! Thursday is jersey day so wear your favorite jersey! And last but not least, show your Mercer Island pride all day Friday!
