Let’s see if the head of the Baking Club and a few members can persuade you to join:

The Head of Baking Club: Ms. Dolby

Polina: First thing, what are some activities or what do you bake in your club?

Ms. Dolby: Today we’re making brownies, in the past we’ve made Apple Crisp, we’ve made fruit cobbler, we’ve made chocolate chip cookies.

Polina: Why should people join your club?

Ms. Dolby: I think they should join because we have fun together, they get to eat yummy treats, and they might get to learn some new skills.

Polina: What is your favorite thing about running this club?

Ms. Dolby: I think my favorite thing is; getting to see kids outside of the classroom setting doing something that is not math related but you still get to use math, it’s fun getting to see them outside the classroom.

Polina: And then what is one goal that you want to accomplish in this club?

Ms. Dolby: I think that students have a sense of belonging, and feel that they can find a community here.
